Austin LGBTQ+ Documentary Photography
Throughout my career as a documentary photographer, I have sought to capture the beating heart of Austin's LGBTQ+ community. I found my voice behind the camera during the years of AIDS activism in Austin. From those painful days to the vibrant community we are today, we have undergone tremendous change—emerging from the shadows to become a powerful voice for freedom. My documentary photography tells the stories of an Austin community that refuses to be erased.
